Homework

We have now finished our reading and homework for this session apart from the lunch sheet which should be handed in on Monday. All plastic packets have been collected in as well and I have sent home a lot of the work we have covered in the year. More things will be sent home before the end of term. Thanks

Practise

Our practise today was excellent. Please remember that children should come to Lyle Community Church at 6.30pm dressed in their pirate costume. The children will wear their costume all night.

Last Week of Term

Children can wear trip uniform on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the last week of term. Tuesday is our Health Fair where we will be doing various activities based around healthy eating and exercise and Thursday is the winning house day out and those not going out of school will be doing other activities. On Wednesday children should wear full school uniform as this is our Prize Giving. Prize Giving is at 1pm in Struthers Memorial Church. Children should be taken home after it has finished. On Friday own clothes can be worn and children are invited to bring in a small toy to play with. School bags will not be needed in the last week. School will close for the summer at 12pm on Friday 29th June.
